Overview

About The Project

Stephanie Blanco is a health and life insurance agent whose practice relied on word-of-mouth referrals. While her operation was successful, the lack of a formal web presence limited her market reach and made it difficult for prospective clients to verify her credentials.

Leading creative direction and brand strategy, I guided the end-to-end transformation of her business from a reactive messaging setup into a high-trust digital brand. I led the discovery process, defined the brand positioning, authored strategic copy, and structured a bilingual web architecture, while directing graphic execution. The resulting digital hub showcases her full service scope, verifies her state licenses, and provides a clear path for new clients to connect.

Discovery & Positioning

Every successful project begins with discovery. Before making design choices or writing website copy, I lead a deep-dive session to uncover the heart of the business: its core values, target audience, competitive landscape, and real growth bottlenecks.

For Stephanie Blanco, discovery was essential because her business relied entirely on  WhatsApp communication. Through our initial strategy session, I extracted her unique value proposition, mapped out her multi-state coverage goals, and defined a brand voice built on security, empathy, and authority. Starting here ensured that every visual asset, piece of copy, and web page had a clear purpose, laying a strategic foundation that guides design execution and long-term business scale.
